I am having trouble in understanding how Velocity is measured at company level. Velocity is strictly a team level metric by definition. On the other hand, Churn is depicted as an individual level metric but it's definitely a team or company level one. You cannot measure the churn rate of individuals, right?
Am I missing something while interpreting the contexts here?
