yesss! I got a playseat f1 (a bit wobbly but it does the job), fanatec dd1, fanatec pedals w/ load cells, and I use a quest3 instead of the monitors. I race on iracing!
It was going so well until the articifial plants. Why surround yourself with plastic? Why not consider something like a ZZ plant. They are easy to grow and virtually unkillable, and would love the light conditions of your space: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zamioculcas

Largely because of my cat 😅
1) A lot of plants are toxic to cats (e.g. the ZZ is)
2) We tried a few that are not — and he destroyed them
Add to that the challenging light conditions, and there aren't a lot of good options out there.
The lighting and desk choices feel very intentional.
