I read this article a month ago it changed how I interact with blogging, articles, and the internet in general. The split of inbox -> read -> review -> iterate was the "aha!" idea for me. Thank you for sharing this Luca!
Interestingly enough, I ended up with a similar "system" although arrived there without any intentional process. However I can still get better taking some of your points. The main one I see will benefit me is setting up a time period for reading through it, as right now I improvise a bit.

At the beginning i found it very useful to schedule a time, then after your routine has consolidated you can also loose it a bit
