Pat Kua's tech journey began in Australia with a traditional entry into the field. He studied Information Processing Technology in high school, which sparked his interest in programming.
"I wasn't one of those people, I do have memories of playing around with a friend's like Commodore 64, but it wasn't one of those things where it really got me totally into tech."
At university, Pat studied both business and technology but found himself more drawn to the tech side. His career took a significant turn when he joined ThoughtWorks, a consulting company known for extreme programming and agile software development.
