Introducing the Refactoring Talent Club 🏅
A new way for Refactoring members to find high-quality gigs.
Hey everyone! This is a special email to give you a sneak peek into something new I am building for Refactoring!
It is called Talent Club and it’s a product to help people find new, high-quality gigs, with zero effort.
I have been working hard on this for a while and I have accelerated lately to make it available as soon as possible — to help people during this time of layoffs 😰
Let me tell you more about it 👇
How does it work?
The Talent Club is a two-sided product:
🙋♂️ For members — members can apply to join a pool of people who are open to receiving job offers. You enter info about yourself and the type of job opportunities you would be interested in (role, location, expected salary, etc.).
🏢 For companies — companies can apply to access this pool of candidates. I review all the companies who apply: those who make the cut can contact 1:1 those who are a good fit for their open positions.
The value proposition should be clear for both parties:
🗳️ Members receive high quality job opportunities 1:1 — with zero effort on their side. And they can opt out anytime.
👥 Good companies access a high quality pool of candidates — saving time on their hiring.
Right now, there are about ~50 candidates in the collective (I gave early access to people in the community), and ~15 companies who are willing to hire from there.
