Introducing the Refactoring Mastermind! 🧠

Monthly sessions where community members meet and help each other

Hey everyone, this is a special edition to announce a new community initiative, called the Refactoring Mastermind! 🧠

From now on, we will hold monthly sessions where you can meet other members of the Community and tap into their collective expertise and support, to help you work through the challenges that you are facing.

We will hold monthly sessions facilitated by Joel — the first one on March 19th.

Sessions will be held and facilitated by Joel Chippindale — Joel is a CTO coach who supports CTOs, engineers and managers to accelerate their development and grow their businesses. He is also an ex-CTO with over 20 years of experience building, scaling and leading software development teams.

We will hold the first session on March 19, at 17:00 CEST 🗓️

Please come to the session with a personal challenge that you are facing at work that you would like support with. During the session there will be the opportunity to 1) share your challenges, and 2) share your wisdom and perspectives to support your peers.

Mastermind sessions are a way for members to get together regularly, create bonding, and help each other 🍻
